Customer Requirements
– The surface of the puzzles is supposed to be clean, neat, and with bright color. No marks are allowed.
– Rounded edging for the pieces to prevent harm to kids.
– The puzzle is supposed to be easy and perfect to match each other instead of conflictions after finishing them.
Solution
– Source and use the most quality plastic material for the puzzle pieces. ABS is good to aviod shape deformation. What’s more, we suggest the client to send the final product to get the CE testing for a strong proofing of non-poisonous towards kids.
– We opened and customize an exclusive mold for the order to achieve the unique shapes of the edges and make it as rounded and safe as to protect the kids from harm.
– To enssure the pieces can be finished easily and smoothly, we did several tests in the sample rounds.
